We pride ourselves on being green builders by striving to reduce the footprints our homes make on the planet. Our practice is guided by conscientious resource management, designing high-performance homes that are built tight and ventilated right, and maximizing the energy-efficiency of the home and all its constituent parts.

Yes. Each of our custom homes is NC GreenBuilt and Energy Star® certified.

Can you make my existing home greener?
Remodeling provides a perfect opportunity to “green” your home: to make it less costly to operate by increasing the efficiency of its energy use and by properly insulating and air-sealing the building envelope; and to provide a safer environment through attention to indoor air-quality via nontoxic/low VOC finishing practices.

Working in tandem with clients and architects, we implement green building from the design stage forward, maximizing energy efficiency and indoor air quality through systems-based coordination of every part.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Our custom homes are built on a 10-12-month production schedule.
Will my home be finished on time and on budget?
Our handshake carries a promise of integrity, truth, honesty and commitment. Absent extensive change orders, our homes are completed on time and within budget.
Does Demos Builders do additions and remodels?
Yes. In addition to our custom homebuilding services, Demos Builders offers renovations and additions.
Does Demos Builders help with the design of a remodel?
We work diligently from the start, aiding in the design phase all the way through the final cleanup at project’s end, delivering only the highest quality.

Now and then we build a house of our own (same principles, competitive pricing that does not compromise quality and craftsmanship) and offer it for sale.
